These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the crossrevaer API platform and associated services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing or using crossrevaer's platform, API, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future amendments.
crossrevaer provides financial infrastructure APIs enabling businesses to embed payment processing, banking, and related fintech services into their products. Services are provided 'as available' subject to applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You must register for an account and obtain an API key to access crossrevaer services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us at [email protected] upon any suspected unauthorized access.
Subscription and usage fees are billed according to the plan selected on the Pricing page, payable in advance or in arrears as specified. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. crossrevaer reserves the right to suspend access upon payment failure after a reasonable cure period.
All software, documentation, trademarks, and content comprising the crossrevaer platform remain the exclusive property of crossrevaer and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API solely for your permitted business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, or create derivative works from our platform.
You may not use crossrevaer services for unlawful activities, money laundering, fraud, circumvention of financial regulations, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks without prior written consent. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and legal action.
crossrevaer processes personal and financial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our APIs complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users. Both parties agree to implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
The crossrevaer platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. Financial regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of the customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crossrevaer's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. crossrevaer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless crossrevaer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. crossrevaer may terminate immediately upon material breach, insolvency, or violation of prohibited use provisions. Upon termination, your API access will be revoked and you must cease all use of crossrevaer credentials and infrastructure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
